Cinnamon – A Wise, Witty, and Wonderfully Snuggly Senior
Cinnamon is a 13-year-old senior pup with a playful heart and a brilliant mind. She loves puzzle games, snuffle mats, and soft floppy toys for tug-of-war and fetch. Her intelligence is remarkable—she communicates through eye contact, head nods, and expressive whines, and responds to a variety of prompts like “Outside?”, “Snacky?”, “Dinosaur” (playtime!), and “Form of a cinnamon roll” (her signature snuggle move).
She’s emotionally intuitive and thrives on gentle physical affection, cozy blankets, plush pillows, and curling up in bed with her human. Cinnamon prefers a peaceful home with a quiet atmosphere due to her sensitive hearing and would do best with someone retired or working from home who can give her the love and attention she deserves.
Cinnamon has a few care needs: she does well with Bravecto and annual heartworm injections, and her allergies are managed with half a Benadryl in peanut butter. She’s not a fan of baths or nail trims but handles them with patience. She’s allergic to all things chicken and thrives on chicken-free foods like Blue Buffalo Basics Senior Skin and Stomach Care (Turkey & Potato) and Acana Butcher’s Favorite: Beef and Liver Premium Kibble with Jerky. Her favorite treats include carrot sticks, romaine hearts, strawberries, bananas, and apple slices (no core).
She gets along with other dogs if they respect her queenly status—but she’s just as happy being your one and only. Cinnamon is a tiny protector, alert to strangers and cats, and ready to be your loyal, loving companion.
Cinnamon is ready to find her forever home—one filled with warmth, patience, and plenty of snuggles. Could that be with you?
