Dudley Weston was the sweetest, cuddliest baby I have ever had. He didn’t really like me the day he met me, but Ms Betty Spaghetti had bitten him on the ear just before he came to meet me. I fell in love at first sight anyway. After the adoption went thru he still wasn’t all that sure about going home with me. His first nickname was wiggle worm because every time I picked him up he would try to wiggle out of my hands, but after warming up he could make my worst day better. He would squeal every time one of us walked in the door and it lasted at least 5 full minutes, he was so excited we were home. He picked his spot in the big bed and no one challenged him for it, not even me. He kept me warm all night. He was loving and my best friend for the 4 years we got to spend with him. I miss him dearly and kept in touch with his foster parents. He was one of a kind and there will be no other like him. He has a special place in many of the hearts he spent time with at dream before I became his forever mom. I still reach for him in the middle of the night.
