Meet Rusty Roux. He 12 years old and so sweet. He’s being returned to DREAM after being adopted in 2014. He lost his senior caregiver several years ago when he passed away. At that time, his owner’s daughter stepped in and cared for Rusty. Sadly, she’s now losing her living arrangements and so is Rusty so he’s coming back to DREAM. While with his adopters, he received consistent and thorough veterinary care including a recent dental cleaning. We would love for Rusty to find his new pet parent soon!!! He qualifies for DREAM’s senior sanctuary foster program where DREAM will pay for all vetting besides annual vaccinations and heartworm/flea preventative. This means DREAM will cover any non-routine services including bloodwork, various tests, and dental cleanings. Please can you help Rusty by giving him a safe place to stay or by sharing this post? He’s been good with other small dogs and will keep your lap warm (needed when we have cooler temps).
